Adobe reader crashes when filling in form fields on documents supplied by HMRC.

i have used hmrc forms fillable fields inheritance tax in past. have tried again , disaster. adobe crashes repeatedly. possible fill in form fields between crashes fields calculated on basis of inputs not become populated. change can think of since last successful use upgrade el capitan.

i have el capitan10.11.1 , adobe reader 11.0.13. known problem? can please?

is issue specific pdf files provided hmrc?

 

uninstall reader 11 & try acrobat reader dc adobe - adobe acrobat reader dc distribution.

 

let me know if still crashes.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
