I am receiving an error code of 213:10

i receiving error code 213:10- says 'a problem has occurred licensing of product. re-start computer , re-launched product' have tried , not work. work in school , works on multiple computers apart 1 machine. happens tutor machine , cannot teach without it. have rebuilt , reinstalled product 4 times , still no success. have tried multiple accounts , same error appears. please help!

nobody can tell anything. haven't mentioned product, less ominous "tutor machine".

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
