Some help with the same keyword list being shared between several users would be appreciated

we're photography group using lightroom store, edit, , manage community archive. hosting several 1,000 photographs, @ least 100 being added every month. have master pc running lightroom 5 , on host main archive of edited , keyworded images. have slave pc running lightroom 5 - used members of group , drop-in members of community add , edit photographs before submitting them main archive. , have 12 committed photographers actively taking images project, doing own editing , keywording @ home using own versions of lightroom 5.

 

we have detailed master keyword list. appropriate community archive, it's long, hierarchical, , detailed, since needs identify images general content (building / transport /event etc) , specific content (being local towns , villages). of main photographers, , master, , slave pcs hosting same keyword list.

 

what need know efficient way (if possible) export keyworded images individual photographers , slave pc archive pc without corrupting keyword lists much. archive able continue hosting hierarchical list rather linear alphabetical one.

each copy of lightroom works on own catalog. catalog stores information keywords, edits tags, labels assigned images.

we have export image out of lightroom in order keywords assigned images. have export  images out of salve pc , re import images master pc lightroom
