Change the language on my acrobat? Does not work!!!

i tired of can not change language on acrobat .
have uninstalled , followed instructions in creative cloud options ... several times ... not work !!!
does have same problem ? want acrobat , other programs in english, not danish , though live in denmark !

open acrobat

go edit > preferences > language

under language pane

click on drop down application language , select option choose @ application startup

click ok , close application

launch acrobat again, give drop down select language

 

why doesn't adobe write that?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
