Disabled Color Libraries

hello,

i can't use color libraries color picker since yesterday; seem disabled. i'm working on windows 10 pro, 64 bit , photoshop cc 2014. yesterday did not install update nor changed setting.... how can enable again?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
