Interactive PDFs not saving information after being saved

i have created bunch of interactive pdfs website using acrobat 9 pro. when filling them out , saving on macbook information typed in gets saved. when filling them out , saving them on desktop saved blank form, , information not save.

if forms created acrobat, need reader-enabled in order reader versions prior reader 11 (xi) able save them. reader 11 , dc can save non-enabled forms created acrobat. if created livecycle designer, need reader-enabled. no version of reader able save non-enabled xfa forms.

 

to reader-enable form acrobat 9, select: advanced > extend features in adobe reader

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
