It says we have the wrong serial number, how can that be?

we bought premiere elements 14 , photoshop elements 14 , first had trouble downloading, because window weird symbols showed up. somehow found version of premiere elements 14 , photoshop elements 14 mac , says serial number wrong, got serial numbers e-mail adobe. have bought premiere elements 14 , photoshop elements 14 windows, have mac? said no computer needed!!

i have checked order details , bought windows version of photoshop elements 14 , premiere elements 14, not work on mac.you need swap product platform mac.

please refer exchange product different language or platform version

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
