XML import and some tags are just not working

hello,

 

we have been strugling xml import. adobe not give creating proper xml file got working. somehow tags not work. earlier got fine sample file made have real work do.

 

i changed content easier troubleshooting here's few pics. structure should fine. tags column_id_3 , column_id_5 work column_id_4 not. changed content , created new document few times nothing seems , there's nothing wrong can see.

 

do have idea?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
