pantone colour book manager

i have loaded fhi pantone colour book ai , id programmes cs6, have mac mini,

why can't load same books ps when export them says there nothing showing

under swatches other two.

would here? open color panel, choose libraries   use pantone color manager mac.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
