Lightroom print module: 1. Does not display the "Layout Panel". 2. When I click on Page Setup, it opens the Printer setup window. What's wrong?

1. on right-hand side of screen, "layout panel" not appear.  therefore cannot adjust margins etc.

2.  when on click on page setup, opens canon's printer setup dialog

 

how can fix these 2 issues?

1. can either press tab key, or else click on little gray triangle in middle of screen on right-hand side. click twice , panel stay open.

2. page setup supposed open. how want fixed?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
