photoshop premier elements 14 installation problems

i bought copy of adobe photoshop elements 14 , premier elements 14 (bundled) amazon.com.  pse14 installed ok, premier pse14 had error software being pirated.  contacted amazon.com , sent me new copy of software.

 

when got new software, made sure pse14 , premier pse14 totally uninstalled, restarted computer, , tried again new installation media.  pse14 once again installed no problems, premier pse14 threw same error again.

 

i'm trying resolve before contacting amazon.com again.  said if happened again, refund money , take product off of store until issue resolved.

 

of course, cannot ahold of @ adobe talk human these installation problems , adobe , support material don't seem have information on version 14 software loaded online yet.  if weren't photoshop elements, give , move on other product.  think adobe has of worst customer service around.  i've used pse since version 5.  when works, works good, when doesn't, may give on adobe provide kind of quick assistance.

 

i did see thread in forum problem, when clicked on it, seemed address issue other adobe product, not premier pse14.

since open forum, not adobe support... need contact adobe staff help
