download the reader but ALWAYS Ukrainian language

i have tried twice, including selecting uk english, in ukrainian language both times??????

what system language set to?

 

uninstall reader using cleaner tool , restart system download adobe reader , acrobat cleaner tool - adobe labs & reinstall using link http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.
