text is jagged and smaller than it should be after rendering

i have frustrating problem, , appreciate insight it.

i have created video work, based on both text , images, text. work meant projected on wall/screen (and be   shown on vimeo , youtube), size is: 1800px x 2850px.

i have tried render work in varied ways (both in after effects , media encoder): h.264, lossless, vbr, 2 pass, target 18.50 mbps; unchecked frame blending; checked use maximum render quality. tried render straight vimeo preset. yet, although images sharp, text shrinks , jagged (the size of typeface 50px). furthermore, , perhaps important thing, text loses proportion in relation frame size. means smaller should be.

since there many animation components text, , 50 layers, wish find way render file without need re-build whole work again in lower res.

 

any ideas, mistake is?

we know nothing comp nor system or version of ae. best guess therefore using wrong 3d camera view or have text animator applied behaving in unexpected ways...
