Index listings not updating when topic names are changed.

i had existing topic keywords had been entered.

 

original topic name: "submitting purchase orders non-ricoh vendors"

 

new topic name: "submitting purchase orders"

 

i changed topic's title , file name accordingly...

(see "toshiba" listed below topic)

 

when generate project, index still shows old file name...

 

 

what need filename update in index?

quick follow-up.  index report shows correct topic title...

 

generated webhelp output (using rh 10) not.
