Mobile redirect in Muse not working and/or buggy

this acting quite strangely. have created desktop version of site... 1 page scrolling , anchor links. working fine. have created multi-page version mobile, different layout.

 

the redirect not seem working. on iphone, 1 of 2 things happens: either mobile site not load @ , see desktop version... or homepage loads right layout mobile, other pages link desktop version.

 

i'd less frustrated if loaded mobile version consistently. focus on other issues.

 

any thoughts?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
