Cant start AE CC 2015 - CPE suite load failure, reinstall doesnt work | Help?

i can't start adobe after effect cc 2015.

reinstalling doesn't work.

i on windows 10 64x.

 

can me, please?

 

weird thing - tried ae cc 2014 , starts normally.

any specific network or security configuration? relates blockages of local port connections and/or web-centric features creative cloud libraries...

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
