Acrobat Reader DC not responding

hello. updated acrobat reader couple of days ago , has been living hell since then. not responding.

i uninstalled it, used cleaner tool , installed again twice, , nothing helps.

i use windows 7 professional.

could please let me know when reader freezes.

have tried checking updates under menu run latest patch of reader dc?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
