brush tool not working properly in flash pro cc and dialogue boxes are cut off

ever since installing flash pro, brush tool has been doing weird things.  whenever draw line move elsewhere on canvas.  see brush problems seem common have yet read solid solution this.

also, dialogue boxes cut off , canvas way down in right corner of screen.  i've tried updating drivers , uninstalled , reinstalled flash , problems still persist.

i can't try changing preferences or because dialogue boxes won't let me save settings.  love hear of suggestions on how fix these issues!!

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
