Cannot download

i bought adobe premiere 14 , photoshop 14 @ best buy , laptop dosen't have anywhere put disc , not have external cd drive. program came code can download both programs website , put code in , says i've accessed premier , photoshop every single time hit download button says page can't found. need buy external cd drive because i'd rather not. adobe cannot me other phone , it's been pulling teeth 1 of them respond on chat. please me
