I cannot open pdf files in outlook or view my pdf files before sending them. How can I fix this?

i need help.  need able open pdf files sent me though outlook , preview pdf files before sending them.

please tell acrobat version along os work on.

also tell outlook version.

what happens when try open pdf through outlook?

is there error message?

try disable protected mode , see if fixes issue.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
