PhotoShop will not initialize because "scratch disc is full".

whenever try open photoshop 7, error message -- "unable initialize photoshop because scratch discs full".  trouble shooting messages suggest defragmenting , disc cleanup -- routinely perform these number of time week -- not seem help.  run windows vista 4xram , 2 tb hard drive.  thoughts?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
