PSE 12 Not Working on Mac Running OSX 10.11.1 (El Capitan)

every time try open software error saying "photoshop elements 12 editor quit unexpectedly". i've never had problem before nstalled latest system update.

 

adobe doesn't offer phone call service problem either ridiculous, refered online customer support. i paid $70 of hard earned money broken software doesn't work

having same issues. brand new imac 27 5k os x el capitan , mac book pro.

pse 12 starts come , disappears. have work done wait finger pointing game play out. have money tied in hardware change i'll give on elements , adobe. glad found out before bought light room. can't @ internet connection (some work in field) cc won't work me. products don't direction going. lesson learned, moving on.
