Spry bar properties not displaying

the properties tab down bottom of screen shows nothing when click on blue bar on spry bar. have searched forums , found no solutions work. have reinstalled(again), tried on vanilla, did not work. updated dw, tried again , still not working. note have used insert>layout objects>spry menu bar.
ps: when click in properties tab @ bottom freezes program time.

 

is there solution issue? screenshot attached.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
