Audio and animation synchronization, and sound effects

i'm new flash, , i'm using flash pro cc on windows 10.

when importing audio file (.wav or .mp3) play if start first audio frame. if click "play" in middle of audio file, here nothing. makes synchronization animation hard, when file large. solution that?

also - after importing file, sound effects not available, , can change nothing (for example - can switch "event" "stream").

anyone knows i'm doing wrong?

if select sound layer , in properties set stream instead of event, work how you're describing. may hear start beginning instead, that's bug fixed in next version of flash pro. now, if sound plays beginning, try again.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
