Error 16 Photoshop Elements 13 & 14

hello members,

much frustration both of registered adobe elements 13 & 14 desktop programes have stopped working.

nothing opens me , both display same error messages.

this quite big issue me i'm right in middle of processing huge amount of image files.

if there quicker way sort out problem i'd love hear it?

prior above error message 16, prvious message came advise user reinstall each program.

i'd rather avoid such tedious task @ time.

looking forward helpful suggestions members.

hi use windows pc or mac because have same problem on windows pc
