error syncing with lightroom mobile

i have lr 5.7.1 , in hte middle of syncing lightroom mobile pictures have not sync , showing message " error synching lr mobile". please explain how pictures sync.

  • go website lightroom.adobe.com , see if can see images in there ?
    • if yes means images synced.
  • if not, try syncing images again, pausing sync , starting again, please make sure have enough space left on device has lr mobile on it(if using one)

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
