Issues dragging screen in browser based game

issues both chrome , opera dragging screen in browser based game since latest update. game called smallworlds. several users have reported issue on game forums , browser still works firefox.
dragging screen sluggish, uncontrolled , freezes game play.
for me issue started 2 days ago on opera , 2-3 weeks ago on chrome.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
