need help with premiere pro cc...recently change from mac to pc.

recently downloaded premiere pro alienware 18x....ive been mac user since beginning , join dark side, , of course instantly have problem. every video clip bring premiere , onto timeline, both video , audio plays in faster speed. ive tried new sequences, match frame rate , audio, messed speed rate luck....please me before return mac!!!!

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
