Adobe wont print. Comes up with "The document cant be printed" "There were no pages selected" Any ideas on how to fix?

i running windows 7 , network printer.

it prints alright other stuff.

i tried loading latest version of adobe reader still no action

try following: open adobe reader navigate edit menu -> preferences

  • under documents, change 'view documents in pdf/a mode' never
  • under security (enhanced), disable protected mode @ startup

 

relaunch reader & try print.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
