How do I stop Adobe Reader DC from trying to open files that I'm trying to drag to a folder?

dual screen setup here. if have file on left screen , want move file on file explorer have on right screen while have different pdf open in dc in full screen on right side , though file explorer in front, dc try open pdf , file won't moved. if try same thing dc not in full screen mode, file moves without problem. seems more glitch if has suggestions on how fix this, great.

edit > preferences > security (enhanced) > uncheck enabled protected mode @ startup

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
