How do you change the in-design language of adobe acrobat pro-dc from german to english?

ive bought adobe acrobat pro dc store in berlin, germany. tried alot change in-design language german english couldnt find preferences or way it. please tell me how change language german english? operating system use windows 8.1.

please open "start > control panel > programs , features" , right-click on adobe acrobat program , select change.

then, click on next , choose modify adobe acrobat setup dialog box appears.

in dropdown list  select view adobe pdf , select desired language support.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
