Still need help with columns, classes, etc. Drupal to HTML conversions

note links box supposed on top of second column. whatever did, box under bottom of first column , in wrong place.

if want see right style sheet, go www.houstonhealth.org , show correct layout.

i have convert several hundred drupal pages html5. don't have time rebuild every page scratch. need know why links box in wrong place , how fix it. thank you.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
