Captivate 8 crashes before preview loads

calling captivate experts !!!

 

in need of urgent solution!

when previewing or publishing captivate 8 responsive project program crashes @ 65%

possible cause: project created on dropbox along of assets.

when program started crash cloned project folder on local machine , relinked of assets locally (offline).

this solution worked briefly problem , dont know how fix if there no errors.

 

any appreciated !!!!

are saying:

    cptx file stored in dropbox while authoring?

    html/swf assets published dropbox directly captivate?

    html/swf assets published local drive, uploaded dropbox testing?

 

unless authoring, publishing , previewing published files local drive, causing work. captivate corrupt source file, causing loose hours of work, , start complete rebuild of file on local drive.

 

stop work now, close captivate, move files local drive (not network drive) authoring machine, reopen application, check application preferences ensure working folder , cache folder 1) local folders, , 2) not overlapping paths; , open working file. publishing path should local, , outside paths working folder, , cache folder.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
