Creative Cloud says ''trial''

hello,

i have pc windows. have paid whole adobe creative cloud every time open creative cloud app says @ apps ''trial''. works if shut down computer , try again. if log in on adobe website says have paid everything, need download app again weird because downloaded it. how can rid this?

first, sign out , in creative cloud, using same adobe id used pay subscription,

then, if launch cc 2015 product , pop still shows trial message window, please see link resolution:

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
