Does GPU acceleration work when exporting Video?

hello, want know when export video if gpu should export video. cpu reaches 100% of use , gpu @ 0%. purpose of mercury playback engine gpu acceleration (cuda)? have asus strix gtx 980 gpu. i'm using recent updated version of premiere pro. 

not uses cuda... read this

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
