Error When Opening DRM Protected Files

i attempting open drm protected files on e-reader. able open files on computer when transfer them ereader , open them message "this document protected drm , not authorized use adobe id'. have uninstalled , reinstalled ade 3 times. have unauthorized , reauthorized computer , ereader 3 times. has not fixed problem. using ade4.5. after recent reinstall, reauthorization downloaded book off adobe's website. when tried open got same error message. other fixes?

update - have gone ade 3. after fixing authorization error still getting same error drm message.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
