Fonts Not Appearing Properly on PDFs

hi all,

 

when creating pdfs powerpoint presentation, fonts render differently/incorrectly. have idea why happening? recommendations on how rectify this?

please let me know exact dot version of acrobat, ms office & operating system installed on computer?

also, let me know steps followed create pdf?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
