Premier elements keeps crashing on windows 10 PC

running on i7 loads of disk , memory, date graphics driver , have tried reinstalling , still no luck.

 

no other software (and run lot of photo software) has had issues @ all

 

i'm attaching windows event log items in hope adobe collecting information come fix. @ moment thinking of reverting pe 12 runs fine

any ideas ?

adobe premiere elements 14

and, in adobe premiere elements 14 folder, please find file name audio filters.dll, right click it, , select properties.

in properties/general, open program shown?

if go properties/security, how permissions set up?

 

when did uninstall reinstall, did use cleaner free ccleaner  ccleaner - download  in between uninstall , reinstall? did reinstall antivirus , firewalls disabled?

 

i not adobe. user user.

 

please consider, , let know of progress time permits.
