Premiere Pro CC repeatedly crashes

what graphics card installed on system ?

intel hd graphics 4000 1024 mb

how ram have ?

8gb

do use external hard drive ?

yes, seagate 1t

are using security software e.g. norton, etc

if windows, please check if have windows defender turned on ?

not windows.

 

there no specific task crashes program, i'm editing photo montage, 3 min long. saving , rendering frequently, stops. have no other programs running.  have 106ggb of storage. i've had premiere pro cc installed since september 2015.

8 gb ram not enough run premiere pro.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
