Why, in Preferences, does it say that I have a "Trial " version of LR6 when I have purchased it?

i using mac os x yosemite. experiencing crashes lr6.2.whatever. suggested uninstall , reinstall 6.1.1, did. in checking settings in preferences find trial version have, though checked "upgrade" in appropriate place. plugged in serial #. there lr box simply, 1st) find , 2nd) download lr6 stand alone have paid? if so, it?

 

i tried contacting "wizard" , given link supposedly let me download lr6, couldn't find lr icon wasn't "trial". also, clicked on link, wizard page went missing, continuing question person not option. now, forum available.

where in preferences says trial?

lightroom 6  should trial in preferences>>lightroom mobile window.

as lightroom 6 users given 30 days free trial lihtroom mobile, after 30 days prompt changes trial expired.
