Acrobat opens a blank (black) Java popup window Reader works OK

hi all,

 

i re-installed acrobat pro x in el capitan. works ok except form use opens strange pop-up window reader seems have no trouble with. i'm thinking in form related javascript popup triggering behavior. same form works fine in reader of same version (10.1.6). idea how can fix this? checked javascript enabled in each app , preferences settings there same (default). below screen shot looks in reader vs. in acrobat (the black screen). can see, form pop designed version of product since works in reader, not in acrobat. otherwise acrobat seems load , run ok. on form if click black popup screen in right place.

ah, not java javascript (very different, important not mix them up, done).

 

my understanding, may limited, "warning: javascript window" tell message coming javascript, embedded in pdf. important, , important notice, because stops javascript faking system message.

 

so specific pdf, , should referred form's author.
