Creative Cloud App fails to install or update on PC.. One Solution

i'm running windows 10. photoshop , illustrator installed no problems.

after installed microsoft office 365 noticed no longer install or update adobe products.

 

the solution have found if right click on taskbar > choose task manager. find tab on right named "services". "clicktorunsvc (microsoft click-to-run service)" , stop process. automatically running when start pc. can install , update creative cloud apps.

 

hope helps similar issues.

could please provide screenshot of error message while installation/update of adobe applications. lot resolution.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
