outputting correct size of biz card

hi,

 

i'm not illustrator expert, please bear me.

 

i'm trying create quick business card created new file 3.5" 2" 1/8" bleeds around.  i'm not sure if that's correct way make business card.

 

i put info on card.  of design went out farther bleeds, created rectangular clipping mask @ position of bleed outline.  however, when export jpg, file isn't business card sized, outputted jpg square, reason.

 

1) did set biz card correctly?

2) how export correct size?

jpeg (about) worst format business card (unless have printed requiring it, or rather if).

 

there business card templates worked out , included, , many cards placed on page.

 

some of design went out farther bleeds, created rectangular clipping mask @ position of bleed outline.

 

you should have design fit.
