we bought adobe creative cloud but can't find/did not receive trade in code or serial number to really start

receiced invoice complete creative cloud suite, don' know how proceed real installations/download did not recive serialnumbers or trade-in codes needed start

any idea how proceed?

there no serial numbers associated adobe cc.

in case still pop serial number, please refer document below:

creative cloud applications ask serial number

 

you may try check host file adobe blocked entries.

win:  windows 7 - edit hosts file

mac: how edit hosts file on mac os x • tekrevue

in case there blocked adobe entries, please delete them , save file.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
