BG Renderer AE CC "Unable to obtain a license..."

hi, bg renderer plugin keeps getting error: "unable obtain license. please run full application correct problem or more detailed message." have tried reinstalling after effects cc 2015 twice removing , replacing script, still doesn't work.

 

i have contacted author of plugin , said it's not problem plugin adobe's creative cloud licensing. looking through comments on plugin's website i'm not first experience problem , author's reply problem same in past. assume has been solved before adobe's side.

 

after contacting adobe's customer care , having remote support, couldn't find solution well. have suggestions or know how fix this?

 

after updating latest cc version (13.7.1.6), started experience well.

 

i'm able start 4 aerender instances. of 4 start cook actual frames, error when trying start 5th instance.

 

restarting ae after happens results in ae doing license sync check @ start.
