Custom Motion Title not available across projects

i'm using premiere elements 14. created custom motion title , saved it. appears under "motion titles - custom" project. however, when attempt add same custom motion title project custom title not in "motion titles - custom" list. don't want recreate title every video project. how can custom motion title available of projects?

 

it worth mentioning attempted follow files suggestion exporting title file, document seems written different version of premiere elements because menu options discussed did not match have.

what computer operating system involved?

 

i not having issues created saved motion title showing in titles & text/motion titles custom after opened new project.

premiere elements 14 windows 10 home 64 bit.

 

i doing more tests on this. now, how many motion titles save under custom before have problem in saved custom motion title cannot found in new project under titles & text/motion titles custom?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
