How to create Javascript or SVG animations for web development with After Effects (tools like bodymovin?)

i've got question on outputing javascript of svg animation web development usage.

is there tool/plugin ae out such code source? i've done research , came tools codepen bodymoving, can't manage installed in after effects because adobe extension manager won't reccognize after effects cc being installed on mac. tips or suggestions?
