Lightroom CC keeps crashing

lr keeps crashing. can't past creating new catalogue.

it happens right after "get started adding of photos" screen pops when close 30-second video.

it's quite frustrating since need continue work @ home due on lr, right now, it's useless.

please help!

sorry crashing issues of lightroom.

 

  • which version of lr using? assuming cc 2015.2.1
  • mac or windows, os version?
  • as open lr , see started screen, hit esc key , see if trick.
  • if in case not try updating graphics card drivers, manufacturers website.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
