не читает Raw!!!

Добрый день!

У меня lr СС не читает raw, сегодня хотела импортировать фотографии с камеры fujlfilm и ничего не получается(((

в папку он скопировал. Но lr не открывает их и не видит!!!  в чем может быть дело, помогите разобраться!!!

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
