Unable to use signature option in Adobe

i had been able add signature pdf week ago.  sent encrypted document couldn't add signature to.  since have not been able add signature pdf.  i've tried change saved signature each time screen adobe crashes.

 

i'm on mac os x 10.11.1

by "adobe crashes" mean adobe buildings ? nah, mean acrobat or reader, 1 of adobe's many products. if crash suggest submit bug report adobe feature request/bug report form.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
